Shipping Policy
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Domestic shipping (US)
Free insured shipping on orders over $75. Standard shipping (3–5 business days) is a flat $6.95 below that threshold. Expedited options are available at checkout.
International shipping
We ship worldwide. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on destination. Duties and taxes may apply on delivery and are the recipient's responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Tracking
Every order is insured and fully trackable. Use the Track Your Order page, or follow the link in your shipping confirmation email.
Lost or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 14 days and we'll replace it or refund you in full — no need to chase the carrier.
Returns & Exchanges
30-day return window
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
How to start a return
Email hello@urbannest.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll send a prepaid return label — returns are free for domestic orders.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving your return.
Exchanges
Want a different size or color? Start a return for the original item and place a new order for what you'd like — that's the fastest way to get it.
Final sale
Items marked 'Final Sale' are not eligible for return or exchange.
Privacy Policy
What we collect
We collect the information you provide at checkout (name, email, shipping address, payment details) and basic order and browsing data needed to run the store.
How we use it
To process and ship your orders, communicate with you about your purchases, prevent fraud, and — only if you opt in — send occasional emails about new products.
Who we share with
Payment is processed by Wix and your card network. We share data only with the services needed to fulfill your order (e.g. the shipping carrier). We never sell your data.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time, request access to or deletion of your data, or correct inaccurate information by contacting us.
Data retention
We keep order data for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it.

By placing an order you agree to provide accurate, current information and to use the site lawfully. You may not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to reverse-engineer the service.
Pricing & availability
We work hard to keep prices and stock accurate, but errors can happen. If we can't fulfill an order at the listed price, we'll cancel and refund it in full.
Ownership
All site content — imagery, copy, design — is owned by UrbanNest and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
